More information about Team Jak Foundation: Team Jak provides practical, social and emotional support to children and young people with cancer & related illnesses age 0-25, their families, friends and those bereaved throughout Scotland. Set up by inspirational 15 year old Jak Trueman before he died through lived experience, Team Jak provides counselling, music therapy, bespoke support groups, drop-ins and activity days from Jak's Den in West Lothian & via our pop up Dens in Aberdeen, Fife, Glasgow & Lothian & Borders and via hospitals and at home.
