Set up by inspirational 15 year old Jak Trueman before he died through lived experience, Team Jak provides counselling, music therapy, bespoke support groups, drop-ins and activity days from Jak's Den in West Lothian & via our pop up Dens in Aberdeen, Fife, Glasgow & Lothian & Borders and via hospitals and at home.
