Il Team Italy è la nazionale italiana di roller derby che rappresenta l’Italia quest'anno ai Mondiali di Innsbruck (Austria), dal 3 al 6 luglio.
Chi Siamo?
Siamo una nazionale autofinanziata formata da skater che amano questo sport e arrivano da tutte le parti d’Italia e d’Europa per allenarsi insieme. Il roller derby non è solo uno sport, ma è una community basata su empowerment, resilienza e determinazione.
Skater e staff lavorano sodo dentro e fuori dal track, organizzando allenamenti e facendo possibile ed impossibile per bilanciare vita quotidiana e impegno in nazionale.
Ma per andare ai mondiali non bastano solo impegno e buona volontà…
Perché stiamo facendo questa raccolta fondi?
Il Roller Derby è uno sport totalmente autofinanziato: voli, hotel, palestre prenotate, pattini e attrezzatura sono tutti a carico delle singole atlete, anche a livello di Nazionale.
Per questo vi chiediamo supporto per:
- Palestre per gli allenamenti ️♾️ Aiutaci a pagare le palestre per poterci allenare in vista dei mondiali.
- Trasferta ad Innsbruck ✈️ ⛺ Aiutaci a coprire il costo del viaggio per Innsbruck (volo e hotel).
- Abbigliamento da rappresentanza. Aiutaci a rappresentare l’Italia con orgoglio e professionalità.
- Assicurazione sanitaria ⚕️ Aiutaci a coprire le eventuali spese mediche di cui potremmo aver bisogno al mondiale.

We are Team Italy Roller Derby, a passionate group of skaters representing Italy on the international stage at the Roller Derby World Cup 2025 in Innsbruck, Austria, from July 3rd to 6th.
We’ll be joining 47 other national and borderless teams from around the world to compete in the biggest Roller Derby World Cup to date. It’s an incredible privilege to take part in such a prestigious international event and to compete at the highest level of our sport.
Who are we?
We are a self-funded national team made up of skaters who get together for the love of this sport. But roller derby is more than just a game - it’s a global community built on empowerment, teamwork, and determination.
Our skaters, coaches, and staff are working hard on and off the track, training across cities and countries, balancing everyday duties with our commitment to this team.
But getting to the World Cup comes with significant costs, and that’s where you come in.
Why are we fundraising?
Roller derby is entirely self-funded. That means every flight, hotel, training session, jersey, and piece of gear comes out of our own pockets. We are asking for your support to help cover:
- Training Facilities ️♾️ To help booking training venues in the lead-up to the World Cup, ensuring us to prepare at our best.
- Flights & Accommodation✈️ ⛺ To get our full team and staff to Innsbruck and back safely.
- Uniforms & Gear. To represent Italy with pride and ensure we’re safely and professionally equipped.
- Insurance ⚕️ To help cover essential medical insurance and ensure the wellbeing of all our players during the tournament.
