Mike's battle with esophageal cancer began over five years ago. His many treatments culminated with removal of his whole esophagus (including larynx) in the spring of 2017. Mike's faith is a testimony to all battling cancer. He is the first to encourage family and friends to fight battles and accomplish life goals. But, while he continues to inspire others he remains
restricted from returning to work as a chef. Medical expenses and utilities still come. Support from others, both financially and in prayer continue to make a difference.
