Shine 21 is a charity very close to our hearts here at Franks, after baby Maisy was born in January. Shine 21 supports families who have a child with Down's Syndrome by providing sessions on learning Makaton, loaning resources, sharing knowledge, and signposting professional support. Established in 2020 Shine 21 is also passionate about raising awareness of Down’s Syndrome and working closely with local services and professionals to improve the care the children receive. We are raising money in aid of Shine21 by completing a 5k inflatable race on Saturday 18th June - we even promise to provide comedic evidence after the event!
