Team David: The Fight Continues!

Hi, my name is Dallice. My husband David was diagnosed with stage 1 pancreatic cancer in June 2018. He just passed 5 years since being diagnosed. That's a huge milestone as only 12% of pancreatic cancer patients make it to 5 years. He did chemo, then had a whipple surgery and was cancer free until December 2021. In the last year and a half, he has tried every chemotherapy used for pancreatic cancer. Now he's stage 4 and moving into clinical trials.

In addition to this, David has been unemployed since December. I'm still working, but my job as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher isn't enough to pay the bills. He has continued looking for a job through all of his treatments. He's had several interviews, but no job yet. To make ends meet, we've been reaching out to various cancer organizations for money, but we have now exhausted our resources.

We're unable to pay for all of our August rent and still need to pay for our COBRA insurance for August. If you are able to help us out, we would be so grateful! Thank you for reading our story.
