To honor Cristina and to help those less fortunate, and to recognize Dr. Michael Wax, to whom we will always be grateful for his truly compassionate care and genuine concern  for Cristina, Plentiful Plates will be donating  a portion of funds received in Cristina’s memory to the Summit Medical Group Foundation Patient in Need Fund. The Patient in Need Fund provides one-time grants to help families with critical, non-medical expenses, easing anxiety and allowing them to focus on what’s most important-their health. Established in 2018, the fund has helped patients with utility, car payments, rent, transportation costs, grocery bills and more.  Thank you for your support in this important matter.
