Team Connie! Support for Cancer Fight

To everyone who loves Connie and Danny Heatlie,

We are rallying together to show support while Connie battles small cell carcinoma of the Pancreas, a very rare and aggressive form of cancer. Doctors feel that her cancer will respond to chemotherapy, which is starting on 10/24/2023. Because this treatment will be intense and Connie will no longer be able to work, they will be facing significant financial struggles. Many people have reached out to ask how they can help. After experiencing some abdominal pain in late September, Connie had a CT scan which showed lesions on her pancreas and liver. A subsequent MRI, biopsy and bloodwork confirmed she has inoperable stage four pancreatic cancer.

Doctors have confirmed that although there is no hope for a cure, a treatment plan can extend the time Connie has left.
