Francesca is 17, she is non verbal, has complex medical needs and is severely disabled. Francesca has a rare chromosome deletion and duplication (Chromosome 16). 

Francesca requires a new wheelchair, this needs to be a light weight wheelchair with power pack, as I (her mum) have complex congenital heart disease and finding it impossible to push her.  Sadly, the NHS will not consider my heart condition and my role as a single carer to Francesca. Francesca cannot walk far, she has considerable orthopaedic problems and she tires easily. Recently she has been diagnosed with idiopathic intercranial hypertension, unfortunately this condition made her very unwell and as a result she has lost mobility and function which will need a period of rehab. The nee wheelchair is urgently needed so that we can access hospital appointments.  I am very grateful to everyone for sharing our story and for supporting us.
