Help Carolyn with Her 2nd Brain Surgery on Oct 1st

Hi, my name is Jason Witt, and I’m raising funds for my wonderful wife, Carolyn.

For the past 18 months, Carolyn has been quietly battling a serious health condition. She was recently diagnosed with a pituitary mass that has grown into a tumor extending into the posterior and temporal fossae—a rare and complicated condition requiring a team of specialists. On top of this, Carolyn suffers from temporal lobe epilepsy, which complicates her symptoms and overall health.

We want to begin by saying thank you. Thanks to your generosity, prayers, and encouragement, we’ve already raised $7,100 of our $20,000 goal. Every donation, no matter the size, has been a reminder that we are not walking this road alone.

On October 1st, Carolyn is scheduled for her next brain surgery at UC Health in Denver. The neurosurgical team will go into the cerebellum to remove a fluid-filled cyst in the posterior fossa, which is pressing on her brainstem. This surgery is critical because the brainstem controls vital functions like breathing, heart rate, and balance. After recovery, she will still need 60 days of radiation therapy to address any remaining tumor cells.

Carolyn continues to face each step with incredible courage and quiet faith, even as she endures headaches, facial numbness, hearing loss, fatigue, and other debilitating symptoms. Those of you who know her understand that she rarely complains, but this fight has been exhausting.
