Team Canada Football World Championships

Hi friends! As you probably know by now, I was once again selected by Team Canada to participate in this year’s IFAF World Championships in Finland. Unfortunately, being a female athlete means we still have to pay a decent amount of money to be able to participate. The tournament being in Finland this year (versus in BC in 2017), the cost is double what it was last tournament.

 

The total cost of the tournament is 4000$ per athlete and covers plane tickets, food, lodging, etc.

 

Of course playing for Team Canada is a dream come true and assuming the costs comes with that dream. Asking for money for a personal cause is not something that comes easy for me, but I’m not proud enough not to accept any help. Any amount helps in the lowering of the costs and I’d be extremely grateful. Thanks everyone ❤️

Salut! Comme vous le savez déjà probablement, j’ai été sélectionné encore une fois par L’Equipe Canadienne pour participer aux Championnats Mondiaux de football en Finlande. Malheureusement, être athlète féminine veut dire que nous avons quand même une bonne somme d’argent à débourser pour pouvoir participer au tournoi.

 

Cette année le tournoi coûte 4 000$ par athlète. Le coût couvre les billets d’avions, la nourriture, logement, etc.

 

Bien sur, de jouer pour l’équipe nationale est un rêve devenu réalité et je suis prête à assumer les couts reliés avec ce rêve. Demander de l’argent pour une cause personnelle n’est pas facile, mais je ne suis pas assez fière pour refuser de l’aide. Tout don va m’aider diminuer la somme que j’ai à débourser et serait grandement apprécié. Merci ♥️
