The Collinsworth family ask me to send this update on Caleb. 

 As a result of Caleb’s brain injury, we have decided to move forward with removing life support and will move forward with organ donation. HCA Ocala hospital will be doing an honor walk at 10pm on September 4th, where he will be taken to the OR. Caleb was a registered Organ donor and will be go on to live in the lives of others, as were his wishes. “We are thankful and overwhelmed at the outpouring of love and support we have received from our family, friends, and community. All donations will go on for medical and funeral expenses. ~ The Collinsworths ”

Hello, I am Helen Grinstead and I created this Go Fund Me account on behalf of friends, family and co-workers of the Collinsworth family.

Caleb is a 20-year-old incredibly smart young man who is the son of LaDonna & Cal Collinsworth. On Sunday, August 28th Caleb was involved in a motorcycle accident. He was air lifted to Ocala Regional Hospital in critical condition. He is suffering from a traumatic brain injury, numerous broken bones and continues to be unresponsive.

Understanding the uncertainties the Collinsworth family faces daily, many have asked how they can help.
