Hello, Team Bri! This is Cathy Pino, friend of Bri (and a few of you as well!)

As you know, Bri was diagnosed earlier this year with stage 3 anal cancer, and began treatments just recently. This diagnosis came after many months of debilitating pain and fatigue, during which time it was nearly impossible for Bri to work, or even do many of the day to day tasks of normal life. Over these months, Bri's community (that's you!) has joined her with both financial and material support, and we need to keep going!

Bri's treatment plan is an aggressive one, starting with

As we all know, these treatments take a heavy toll physically as they do their work. This Go Fund Me campaign aims to enable Bri to focus on her treatment without financial worry.

Please consider a financial gift, or a series of gifts throughout the spring and summer months to cover expenses like medical items not covered by insurance, bills, rent, groceries, etc. Every single gift, no matter how small or large, will keep our friend going!

Please also consider signing up to provide transportation to appointments. I will be managing this schedule, via the "Meal Train" option on her Caring Bridge site. (We're not using it for meals, but for rides.)
