On Sunday 21st September 2025 - Team 'Born Ready' including Adam, Bonnie, Dal, Lorraine and myself will cycle 40 laps of the stunning 2.5 mile (100 miles) circuit for the Goodwood 500. This is in support of the Matt Gallagher Foundation. Matt a former professional rugby player local to Solihull is sadly fighting MND and we are joining other cyclists to help make a difference and raise awareness of this dreadful disease.

Every penny raised will go directly to supporting families affected by Motor Neurone Disease through the Matt Gallagher Foundation.
