I am creating this Go Fund me for Sunny and Kyle Hattemar, on behalf of their precious 14 month old son, Owen. Baby Owen was diagnosed with Bicoronal Crainosynostosis at birth. This is a condition where the sutures of the skull are fused at birth, where if not surgically corrected, will result in the rapidly growing brain not having enough room to grow, causing increased pressure on the brain. If untreated, the condition can cause permanent disabilities, deformity, and ultimately death.

Sunny is a nurse, and Kyle is a police officer here in Baldwin county. Baby Owen will be undergoing his 3rd surgery this week. A lot of his care involves extensive travel and overnight stays at the Children’s in Birmingham. The cost of travel, wages lost from time off on work, medical bills ect., are burdens I wish I could take away from this sweet family. I would like to set up for donations to help offset these costs so my dear friend and her husband can focus on Baby Owen and not stress over the financial burdens they are facing. I know we can all pull together for Baby O!
