TEAM AWASIDE: the team who entered Torian Pro to support their girl Laura with the joking dream of ‘just imagine if we placed’ - if they placed it meant they would be off to American to compete in the “Crossfit games” ..........Well that dreamy joke of theirs became a reality and Holly, Jake, Tremaine, Emily and Laura are off the compete against the fittest in the world in Madison Wisconsin in July.

They all have commitments at home that have seen them struggle due to Covid restrictions over the last 12months and coming from Victoria they have been hit hard. You won’t hear these guys complain though, ‘it is what it is, and we will make it work’. To get to the games is a massive commitment in itself, they will all be leaving businesses, jobs and loved ones behind to make this dream a reality.

So here we are, team Awasides families, big supporters of these guys and want to see them go all the way. To get them to America it’s going to be a massive push, physically, mentally and financially. We have set up this page to help ease some of the financial stress.

Flights alone are going to cost them over $6k EACH
Mandatory hotel quarantine on the way home which is $3k. EACH
Accommodation will come in at an average $2k EACH 
And then all the other miscellaneous added cost you can understand it’s what the effort will be. 

It’s a once in a life time opportunity for this team and they would be forever thankful if you could dig into your pockets and throw some coins at them to help them on their way.
