Hi everyone, my name is Abby Polchinski and I am Arti Polchinski's daughter. I am sure most of you know of my dad and have been impacted heavily by him and his shining graciousness. My dad is currently fighting an extremely hard and taxing COVID battle in the ICU. He has currently been there for two weeks now, with no chance of coming home any time soon. He is having kidney issues, has a collapsed lung, bilateral pneumonia, blood pressure issues, and is on a ventilator; he went by ambulance the night that he decided to go in. We really have no way of knowing what the following days will look like, but our family has been struggling immensely as things continue to degress. So, we have decided to set up this gofundme, in light of this recent, and sudden degression. These funds would help out with any and all bills we end up getting or other funds we need to cover; ambulance, hospital stays, tests, etc. There is absolutely no obligation on anyone to donate, but anything we can get is so incredibly appreciated. The amount of support and love we have received already has been so uplifting and amazing, and for anyone who can further help or just continues to pray, we thank you in advance.
