Team Angel : Battling Leukemia Together

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for support for my 23-year-old nephew, who was recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. He is the oldest of two siblings and has been raised by his incredible single mother, who has always worked hard to give her children a strong foundation.

He recently began his first round of chemotherapy, and while he’s staying strong, his journey is far from over. After completing chemo, he will need to undergo a bone marrow transplant.

Due to the intensity of his treatment, he won’t be able to work for the foreseeable future. This has placed a significant financial strain on the family, with his mother now being the primary source of financial support while also helping care for him through this incredibly difficult time.

Me dirijo a ustedes con el corazón en la mano para pedir apoyo para mi sobrino de 23 años, quien fue diagnosticado recientemente con leucemia mieloide aguda. Es el mayor de dos hermanos y ha sido criado por su increíble madre soltera, quien siempre ha trabajado muy duro para darles a sus hijos una base sólida.

Recientemente comenzó su primera ronda de quimioterapia y, aunque se mantiene fuerte, su camino aún está lejos de terminar. Después de completar la quimio, necesitará someterse a un trasplante de médula ósea.
