Raising money for Leukemia Research #TeamAnders

Hello everyone! My name is Victoria Dodd, and I am raising funds for Leukemia Research! ❤️‍

This past July, my little cousin Anders received a heartbreaking diagnoses of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). So, on November 18th, I'll be running the Battersea half marathon ( 21.1 kilometres), to support him and help raise funds for Leukemia research.

Anders is receiving excellent care at Sick Kids Hopsital in Toronto, Canada, and his case is involved in advanced research and treatments. However, it's important to note that some of the treatments he's receiving are still being tested. There's still a lot we need to learn about this disease and develop treatments that can save lives.

Anders has a long path to recovery and is ready for the fight! He will be in hospital for many more months, with several rounds of chemo and ultimately a bone marrow transplant.

That's why I decided to run this half marathon and raise money for my cousin and leukaemia research through the SickKids Foundation in Toronto, Canada. We would greatly appreciate any donation, no matter how small! ❤️‍

Every single penny we raise will go directly to leukaemia research at the Sick Kids Hospital. Thank you so so much for your support!
