Team Amy

Cancer sucks. We will just start with that. In July of 2016 Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer. The same week, she found out that she was going to have another baby! What a week! That's only been six months and she as well as her family have been on quite a roller coaster. Her husband Joe has been and continues to be a rockstar. By day he works and by evening he parents and makes sure Amy has everything she needs. She's had such great support from both her family as well as Joe's. And let's not forget Jacob. He turned one and is currently teething and challenging everyone to see how quickly they can catch him!
Apparently cancer not only sucks but is a full time job. Between rounds of chemo Amy needs to make it to see her Oncologist, her high risk pregnancy doctor, get her blood work done andhave her ultrasounds She's become a professional at checking her blood sugar and administering her insulin as well as keeping up with her daily pharmaceutical regime. With all of this going on, she's been unable to return to work.
