On September 7th, I will be taking on the challenge of the Hyannis Port Sprint Triathlon, marking the beginning of my journey as a triathlete. This event holds a special place in my heart, as I am competing not just for personal achievement, but also to raise funds for Alzheimer's research.

I am proud to be part of Team ALZ of Massachusetts, a group dedicated to making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer's. Every dollar raised will be in honor of my late grandfather, Frank McNamara, and the countless other families who have been affected by this devastating disease.
