As many of you know I gave birth at 34 weeks to our wonderful babygirl Addisynn. When she was born she had a few medical problems we didn’t know about. She spent almost a month in the NICU. At one point we were told to think about taking her home and just loving her because she was in kidney failure. It’s very hard to write this and very hard to ask for help. With lots of prayers she turned everything around and doctors were amazed. She was able to come home. She has had a few surgeries. As of right now she has a nephrostomy tube, colostomy bag, and she recently had a vaginostomy. We were referred to a doctor in Auroa, Colorado for her to have reconstructive surgery to get rid of the tubes and bag. We are waiting to see if Medicaid will cover our traveling and staying expenses. They are projecting us staying around 3-5 weeks for recovery and follow up appointments. During that time my husband is not going to be able to work due to being all the way in Colorado, he will be taking FMLA to secure his job but it means no pay during that time. If you can give for our expenses while we are there it would be much appreciated and if you can not give please say a prayer for Addisynn. This is a very risky and extensive surgery. We ask everyone to pray for us. I would like to thank everyone who has already helped us during this time. Thank you. Her surgery is scheduled for December 9th 2020
