Teagan’s Prader-Willi Journey: Supporting the Jacoby Family

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

Our dear friends, Kate and Jake, are facing an incredibly challenging time as their sweet baby girl, Teagan, is currently in the NICU at UNC Hospital. Born on January 8th, Teagan is fighting hard, and her parents, Kate and Jake, along with her big brother Theo, are by her side every step of the way.

As you can imagine, this is a time of immense emotional and financial hardship. While they wait for answers and focus on Teagan’s care, we want to support them by easing some of the burdens they’re carrying.
