I am reaching out to you with humility and hope. I have been diagnosed with Diabetic Retinopathy, a serious complication of diabetes that affects the eyes. Without treatment, diabetic retinopathy can cause permanent vision loss or even blindness.

For me, this has become a daily struggle. My vision has been deteriorating, making everyday tasks more difficult and threatening my independence and quality of life. I am unable to create, and my ability to work has become a challenge.

My doctors have recommended urgent treatment, which includes:

• Cataract surgery
• Ongoing eye injections
• Laser eye treatment
• Retina Detachment Surgery
• Specialized eye therapy
