Teaching studio seeks new home for music community

Expanding Opportunities for Music Education and Local Music Events.

Indie Stage Music's building has been affected by ongoing flooding. As a result, a larger space is required to accommodate a wider range of music education options, recording studios, and employment opportunities for musicians in teaching or session work. Additionally, the expansion would allow for larger open mics and local music events.

This is to purchase a building that can give our music community the following:
* a 100 seat stage for our Students to invite more than just 2 family members to see them shine! So All Ages Open Mic can accommodate all the players that come to show their stuff and their fans! Local musicians can play a show and connect to the local music lovers.
* teaching spaces: not only closed in rooms to keep out distractions trom other lessons, but, also enough to employ more musicians to teach their long earned skills.
* Recording space for All to record! Students learn studio sessions, musicians can use a real studio, voice actors, podcasters and other can use a space for their craft and skills.
This would get us out of a building that has flooded twice and consistently has mold and moisture problems causing allergy issues and unpleasant odors for us and our
Students.
When you give to us you are not only apart of helping us do what we love and are passionate about. You’re continuing enriching programs for our community. From the preschooler learning basic rhythm and note skills to our retiree friends that are finally picking up that music they put off so long. You’re a part of our mission to support and develop local music. Because the top musicians that can change our lives, start as local musicians.
