Teaching Chess in Tanzania

Dear Friends and Family,

Recently, I've had the good fortune to be invited to volunteer at a program as a part of the organization Make A Difference - Helping End Poverty Through Education.  For the program, I will be traveling to Tanzania, near Mount Kilimanjaro, to teach chess in the area, so I am raising money to help fund my week long stay in the area as well as help with education, food, and housing for the youth in Tanzania that the program supports ($950 will be used to help fund my stay while the other $1500 will help support the youth).  This is a completely new experience for me as while I have taught chess lessons before, never have I been invited to a different country let alone continent to help make a difference through something as unique as chess, so any donation will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this, and if you know anyone else who would be interested in helping me serve others or even just promote the game of chess, don't hesitate to share this page with them.
