Hey friends,

In the face of the oncoming apocalypse, I’ve been looking for ways to get more secure and economically stable than I have been. I work anything between 3 and 5 jobs at a time, plus DJ-ing, plus event organizing, and I am feeling a pull towards something greater and with more stability. I know I enjoy wrangling people - and dancers, and actors - and getting big projects done on time, in a way that’s sustainable and human for everyone involved. I decided that I want to get some credentials on paper that would qualify me for more gigs in that realm and to further grow in the things I already do.

I’ve been accepted into the University of Washington professional certificate in Project Management (AHHH!). Unfortunately, I did not get one of their scholarships, which means I am stuck paying for the $6000 program myself. I’ve budgeted for it, but it’s going to be a big bite out of my life, especially as the work I am able to do while I’m doing the program is limited.

If you have enjoyed my presence in your community, or being wrangled by me, and you have the kind of financial landscape that allows you to have something spare, I would like to ask for help. This is something I very much want to do, and it will also put me in a place where I’ll have much more to give back than I have right now. Any lit bit helps make this step much easier for me to accomplish
