teacher, help with paying for surgery

Hi,

My name is Brian. I am a music teacher with 26 students. I have been suffering from hearing loss for over two decades, and it has grown worse to the point that it is affecting my work with children in music, as well as virtually all other areas of my life. I am now approaching well into middle age, and don't want to not be able to hear well or potentially at all for the remainder of my life, and definitely don't want to end my work with aspiring young artists. What I am asking for help with is the copay for my insurance. Medical expenses out of pocket after what the insurance company pays. I make a very small living in the arts but again, do not want to have to give up my work with students, and am hoping to be able to stay in my current situation.
