At ElevateHER®, a Zweig Group initiative, we are on a mission to inspire the next generation of leaders, innovators, and creators in architecture, engineering, and construction. With your support, we can make this vision a reality!

We're creating special kits for libraries filled with book recommendations, resources, and activities designed to spark curiosity in young minds and introduce them to AEC careers. Research shows that early exposure to these fields, especially for girls, significantly increases the likelihood of them pursuing these paths. By age 7, many kids are already dreaming of their future careers – let's make sure they dream BIG!

But it’s not just about introducing children to AEC; it’s about giving them the tools to see themselves as future leaders, innovators, and creators. These kits are more than just educational—they’re a gateway to self-discovery and empowerment, encouraging every child to envision a future where they can make a difference.

Your donation helps us provide these inspiring kits to libraries, giving countless children the chance to explore exciting AEC opportunities. Each donation of $65 allows for a single-character kit to be produced; and for $500, a complete 8-character kit can be produced and donated. Have a local library in mind?
