Hi guys,

Short intro for those who don't know me:

I am Frankwin Colijn, married, 3 kids. My wife and I have been missionaries in first Belgium and later Asia since 2008. Due to a critical medical situation with our son we had to suddenly return to The Netherlands in 2020 where we now live in a monastery. I still do missions work and live from gifts. My main focus is equipping young believers, helping them mature in following Jesus.

Main story:

I've been teaching on Holy Spirit in YWAM Yokohama since 2 years ago and that has been a blessing for Japan but for me too! Less than 1% of Japanese knows the Gospel. My experience is that they are eager to hear about Jesus and God's love! They just need someone to go tell and show them. I'm starting to love this nation more and more and praying if God might be sending us here as a family long term in the future.

Because YWAM Yokohama is still relatively new, they cannot afford to pay the ticket price. For the past two years, I have purchased the tickets in faith with our meager savings, trusting God to provide through faithful giving by His people. And He did!
