Aid Ranjit Lama & Community / Nepal

Donation protected
Saturday, April 25, 2015’s earthquake in Nepal has killed more than 5,500 people and injured at least 11,000.
Not everyone has a connection with Nepal.  My son, Jason Galbraith (pictured with village elders in Kathmandu last year) has spent several years as an educator in Asia.  Nepal is one of his favourite places...simply due to the wonderful, kind people and its ancient culture steeped in traditions.
Many of his friends and acquaintances are still missing or presumed dead.
One man, Ranjit Lama and his family survived.
Jason speaks very highly of Ranjit and every time he has been in Nepal Ranjit has been his guide.  Not only with just Jason but also with the children from Dragonfly International School.
Unfortunately Ranjit and his family have lost everything including the family business.  Ranjit is a highly trained individual in Nepal and with his training and background will survive but at the same time will assist others in survival as well.
They cannot do it without money.  Money is desperately required to purchase supplies, gas, food, water, clothing, etc.
He is a good man.  He owns his own company of which he now has to rebuild too.   http://www.ranjitlama.com.np/

Ranjit is an experienced Adventure Mountain Guide, is  Government certified and has a wealth of experience in the tourism industry including regional geography, religious beliefs, culture and traditions. Ranjit is certified in first aid. He speaks English and some Chinese.

Aid is important at times like this.  And even more important to help those that we know, trust and feel will not only rise up, do good but also ensure that those around them are taken care of.

$2, $5, $10 or $25......every little bit will help.

In Nepal a little can go a long way.

Your generosity is so very much appreciated.

I met Ranjit in April over FB and have recently begun to learn about Nepal.  I'm sadden to learn of the destruction this lovely country has faced.

Thank you in advance for your consideration on behalf of Ranjit, his family, Jason and myself.
