Help overcome medical hardship

Hi everyone and I have not been hacked this is my current situation. This is hard for me to reach out for help because I’m not one to ask.  But I have no choice and I have exhausted all my options. There has been a lot of Medical issues I have been dealing with over the past year and I know I probably won’t be able to explain everything in detail.  Its been a long and rough year. I have been in and out of the hospital for over a year now and I am currently in a medical rehab facility to try to get my strength back. I had a blood infection that caused a lot of medical problems that went undiagnosed for several months which has been keeping me from working. I have Been in and out of the ER 4 times in the last year and haven’t worked since January 2024. I was also misdiagnosed with another medical condition called charcot foot from an infection in both my feet which I had non weight bearing for another three months which I am still recovering from.  Currently lost my job of 16 years and was punished for my medical condition. I have exhausted all my funds and resources trying to keep up with my bills and rent hoping to return back to work. But that all ran out in June. I have filed for SSDI and been waiting on that since June and filed a claim with the VA do see if I can get anything tied to my time in the service. I currently have no VA rating and there are no services for a veteran unless they have a service related injury. I filed for paid family medical leave which I was denied because I was a federal employee. Cant get unemployment, EBT or any other services because I am in a rehabilitation facility for medical reasons. So I have zero income. I can try to get a medical retirement but I have no way of filling out the paperwork nor anyway of printing or scanning anything and have no access to the information needed to get it filled out correctly to make sure its approved. I have no access to Word or PDF because that all cost money reactivate them. I also trying to get an attorney to help with my medical retirement because I have no help from my employer and have been left all on my own, but I cant afford an attorney. I have no family in the area and have lost my apartment with all of its contents and lost my vehicle so I have no form of transportation. I lost my phone number because I couldn’t pay my bill and everything was tied to my phone number so I cant access a lot of things because it wants to sent a code to my old number. Since I been here I have lost 5 items of clothing, have had things stolen including my phone. I did happen to have an older phone and got that turned on with the free gov access due to no income but it’s a new number. So I have exhausted all resources I have and there is nothing available to me so far. VA and SSDI could be out another year or more and to get medical retirement could take a year also. So I am reaching out to anyone that maybe able to help out if you can. This is my last resort to try to get back on my feet.
