My Son, Taden 'TD' Martin has played tackle football with Popwarner since he was 5yrs old. He is currently in his last eligible year and playing again with Raleigh's infamous Capital City Steelers (next year he will be playing school ball). He and his team were afforded the opportunity to go to Disney for the national championship in 2019 and fell just shy of the run for the national title in overtime. Taden not only made his ESPN debut but the "biggest play of the game" in that fateful match up (see clip). Annd yes, that's me screaming "that's my babbbyyyy" :-) in the background!

     Here we are post-Covid, finally outside again and the team has worked hard to accomplish another UNDEFEATED season!! This means we are officially in money raising season to go back to Florida for the 2021 SUPER BOWL in December. He will have another shot at what we believe is rightfully ours--the national title! We all want it BAD; Taden wants it BAD and feels that it would be a great way to end his chapter with Popwarner, Mama wants its bad because I am that  football mom and Daddy wants it bad because he is not only dad but also one of the coaches! As you can imagine, between travel, a week of lodging, and food this will be quite an expensive trip. Average cost will be between $1300-$1500 per person. We aren't asking for funds to help finance our piece; however, Taden has asked to start this page to help ease the financial burden of his portion.
