Dustin Tyler Bews, born April 27, 1988 in Sacramento entered into rest on his 27th birthday, April 27, 2015 in Roseville. Dustin leaves behind his parents Douglas and Tracey Bews, brother Douglas Bews Jr., sister and brother-in-law Kara and Michael Barsdale, nieces Emmalee Barsdale and Bailey Bews, loving girlfriend Danielle Trigueros, his maternal grandmother Jackie (nana) & papa who we lost in November, Aunt Kelli & Uncle Greg, cousins Andrew, Allie & Josh, Uncle Jay & Aunt Annie, cousins Kristina & Jayson, Uncle Dan & Aunt Tami, cousins Brandon, Jake, CJ, and Bear, Uncle Dennis & Aunt Adele, Uncle Donald & Aunt Debbie, cousins Brittney, Billy, Bob and Ben, Uncle Jack & Aunt Jeannette, cousin Tara, and Aunt Susan Samuels.

Dustin was a wonderful and loving person from birth. He had such a playful personality and loving heart. He had such beautiful friends beginning with his first true best friend Keri Travis from Salida and then his close friend Amanda in Loomis.

Football was his true passion! Playing for Del-Oro High School, his blood ran black and gold. He was better known on the field as "Bewsie". Dustin had so many friends and teammates including David Kostenko (better known as "DK"), Randy Gorman, Billy Sherman, Brian Heath, Brian Hanson, Jeff Gibson, Chris Hixson, Nick Carlisle, Nick Huppe, Ben Chandler and his cousin Andrew Walker (better known as the Sly Seven).

He was such a wonderful uncle. His two nieces Emmalee and Bailey just adored him! The girls were always excited for him to come over to play with them, whether it was skating, swimming or even to play baby dolls. He enjoyed going on fishing trips with his dad and brother. He loved skate boarding and wake boarding.

Dustin will be so dearly missed by everyone whose life he touched. He tried so desperately hard for so long, but his struggles ultimately got the best of him. His passing is a devastating loss that leaves a deep hole in all of our hearts. His infectious personality will never be forgotten. We love you forever. Rest in peace "Dut".

There are many upcoming decisions, tasks and planning ahead for Dustin's family. One of the daunting challenges is the financial means to cover funeral costs. Dustin's family, friends and loved one are reaching out to you. If you are interested in giving, please do it as soon as you can. Any and all money raised will go to the funeral and reception expenses to help honor and say goodbuy to Dustin.
