Robin Cruz was a father to Rosie (6), a son, brother, a grandson, fiancé, cousin, nephew, a Friend to many people. To those who were fortunate enough to know Robin; his laugh his smile and his teddy bear hugs were contagious which is why it was clear to see he truly had a heart of GOLD.
Robin suddenly passed last night from a heart attack. He came down with COVID in November due to a pneumonia. He became ill when his 2 dogs went missing from the yard. He spent weeks; days and nights searching for them to no end; he was heartbroken. Eventually the pneumonia became COVID. His battle with COVID took a toll on him; his high blood pressure, his kidneys, diabetes and eventually the complications affected his heart.
Last year before the pandemic Robin lost his aunt to a longterm illness and the family struggled financially and emotionally getting through their unexpected loss. His mother Emma is disabled and cares for his younger brother as a single Mom. Her only support and help was Robin. His fiancé Shyann has not work led due to the pandemic and once Robin was diagnosed she sacrificed everything to be by his side and care for him.
Prior to him becoming sick he worked hard at being an awesome father and supportive son. His passion was Archery that was his other love. Everyone knew that Archery = Robin and Robin =Archery; they were as one. He always always made time for his friends that’s just the kinda guy he was.
Robin will be missed by many people. i know financially my family can not afford to bury Robin.
I want to help the family with funeral costs. So I am stressing and pleading with everyone whose reading this Gofundme to please HELP US GIVE ROBIN A DECENT BURIAL. If we can not come up with the money the only other option would be cremation. And it was Robins strong desire never to be cremated.
