Dear Family, Friends, & Community Members ~
We are reaching out to humbly ask if you would be able to donate to our TCHS Titans Boys Basketball Program for this 2015-16 season.
During the season we will have several expenses that are not covered in the athletics budget at the school. It is for this reason we are asking each of you to take a moment to look at some of the expenses we will incur as a program that we are trying to raise money for:
• Team gear (t-shirts, warm-ups, socks, backpacks)… Coaches uniforms… Annual Sam Siroky $500 college scholarship…Team building outings…Training equipment…Travel & lodging for tournaments…Home game crowd supplies...End of season banquet
Although all of the above expenses are optional we would love to raise enough money to provide these for our program. That is why we are asking for your help to meet our goal of raising $4,000 through our online donation drive starting November 12th ending December 7th. All donations add up, no matter the amount...$10, $20, $50 and they are tax deductible.
We have an amazing group of young men involved in our basketball program giving it their all out on the court. Many who are.. honor roll students, community service volunteers, and multi-sport athletes. As a program, with the leadership of our Head Coach Ed Thomas, our players are recognized at the school as all around great kids. We proudly strive to... support all the sports teams at our school..."give back'" to our community... and create lasting memories & friendships for our players on and off the court . Please consider sharing the boys’ success by being a donator to the TCHS Titans Boys Basketball Team. Your support will ensure that our program has everything necessary to succeed on and off the court.
IMPORTANT !!! : When donating please put in the notes of your donation the players full name you are donating on behalf of. We have set a goal of each player to try and raise $100. We have some great prizes they can win, but we have to be able to keep track of their donations to award the prizes. Please list their name.
Prizes:
- First to reach $100 goal: Wins a bluetooth speaker
- Raise $100: Entered into drawing to win $50 cash
- Raise $100: Get a $5 Costco gift card for food court!
- Player who raises the most $: Wins $100 cash
- Team who raises the most $: Wins a taco party after practice at Atzlan Tacos & Grill
We know that your time and money are valuable and we greatly appreciate your consideration in helping our program. Our federal tax ID number is issued after a donation is received.
