In Celebration of a Life Well-Lived and Dedicated to Serving and Caring for Others.

Our smiling, supportive and energetic senior instructor, Caroline Anaya, is "retiring" into the next chapter of her life. We invite you to join us in celebration of the 61 years she has worked in such disparate fields as nutrition research, food technology, hospital tech, show biz mom, college instructor, fitness instructor and natural food activist, as well as having put 2 former husbands, 3 children, and most recently, her grandson through school.

During her 14 years here with us, Caroline has inspired many to embrace a fitness lifestyle, and we appreciate her for that! Now, with her grandson (who she raised all by herself) graduating, she is free to embrace her long-time dream of living near family in the quiet Florida countryside to finish and publish her next books:  "Mystery Foods" and "A Renegade Grandmother Speaks Out".

To honor such a life of service, we are asking for donations to give Caroline a jump-start into her "next career". We hope you will join us.
