Juan-Run4Education Scholarship Fund
Donation protected
Hello! I really want to thank you for taking a moment to learn about and contribute to my fundraising effort!
I will be running the TC Marathon in Oct 4th 2015 (that's only 10 more days from now!) and I wanted to make my run something real meaningful.
10 mile - Walk on Waconia 2015 supporting the Food Shelf.
I invite you to become a #ChangeMaker -and make a difference today!- by supporting my goal of raising $1,000 in 10 days to support a Latino Scholarship Fund Program for Higher Education in Minnesota.
I will donate all the proceeds from this fundraiser to a local non-for-profit organization that will make this money available for brilliant young talented latino/hispanic students that are pursuing higher-education (College) to help them with expenses such as books, commute, meals, etc.

I have been training very hard this year with three goals on mind:
1. To raise awareness about the educational gap.
2. To raise funds to support brilliant students that need a hand to achieve their educational goals.
3. To finish the TC Marathon before I turn 40 yo on Oct 6th!
The vision is to help close the achivement gap with minorities to bring equality for all in this great Nation; benefiting the local communities, economy and society in general.
I also invite anyone who has a similar dream, to #connect with me, and work together to create a program in our local community.
Thanks a bunch! Peace,
Gracias! ~Juan
