Help Save Rocky

Rocky's owners rented a cabin in Arnold and left him outside in a 10x10 fenced enclosure. After 2 weeks, someone found him with no food, barely any water, and his enclosure was covered in feces. Rotts of Friends Animal Rescue said they would take him, but they need money to neuter him, vaccinate him, and check him for heartworm. Anything will help. Let's not fail this poor sweet dog! Update: Rocky will no longer be euthanized in 3days! Animal Control says that they have no plans to euthanize him and will do their best to get them adopted. We will likely still need a fee to adopt him and get him to the shelter. Any money that does not need to be used will be refunded promptly. And I can make an update with the receipt information.
