Shenandoah Valley Teen Challenge helps men and women overcome drug and alcohol addictions through our residential programs.
Our center currently serves 45 residents on a full-time basis. Our day to day activities require 15 passenger vans to move the students from place to place.
One of our campuses is located about 15 miles up a mountain and provides sweeping breathtaking views as a backdrop for our discipleship ministry, but unfortunately with the number of trips that we take up and down the mountain are hard on the vans.
These vans are absolutely vital to the ministry. They transport students to and from work, appointments, church, and many other activities that are a part of the discipleship program.
We presently have a need as a result of major mechanical issues in 3 of our 15 passenger vans and are asking for your support so we can get our vans back on the road and get the ministry moving again.
This is a critical need and we are asking for your support as a starting point to purchase 1 good quality used van to replace just one of the three that are currently down.
Your support from this campaign will go directly toward the purchase of a replacement van.
The need is great, but in the past, our incredible supporters have come together to make quick work of a large need such as the present one.
