Emily was diagnosed with influenza A, which progressed into a severe lung infection (bilateral pneumonia) just around New Year’s Day. The situation became critical, leading to her being airlifted to Wichita, where she is was in a medically induced coma. The doctors have cautioned us to expect a slow recovery, and it's anticipated that she won't be able to work due to the illness, requiring extensive physical rehabilitation. As she is the sole earner in her household, we are reaching out to community in the hope of finding assistance with her medical bills. We thank you so much for the support. Anything helps.
