I am Jonathan Daniel. I was born in Jean - Rabbel (Haiti).  My wife died 3 years ago from a stroke and left me with 2 children; one  boy 17 years old and the other a girl 16 years old.

I migrated into the USA in September 2021. Three months after moving to the USA, last year December 4th 2021 I was involved in a major car accident while riding my bicycle. I was terribly hit and dragged under a vehicle in fort  Lauderdale, FL. 

I have been in the hospital on life support for more than 3 months. The only things that kept me alive are a breathing machine and a feeding tubes; beside God powers and love. To name a few critical conditions, I suffered from multiple broken ribs, completely shattered both legs, and fractured my right arm. I sustain a skull fracture that led to a brain bleed along with bilateral temporal stroke from  a fat embolism. I only survived because someone has a higher purpose for me. I’m remained in a vegetative state for the entire length of my hospital course until March when I regain slight cognitive function. 

Despite my improvement I was informed I had a long road a head.  I still have not
regained  my speech, motor function yet hence why I’m still on a Peg tube to be fed. Soon the hospital will attempt to discharge me in my current state , and will be expected to carry out my continuation of care out of pocket.  It is extremely difficult to afford any out of pocket expenses for a home nurse to aid with my peg tube, or for  physical therapy to regain my motor skills. Sadly, the fact that the vehicle that hit me only had liability insurance, the resources and financial compensation can only cover a fraction of what is needed to regain basic activity of daily living.

I am only inquiring your help because I have to  continue on physical therapy. I don't have the means to do it alone. I need your help by any means.
