Tareek's fund

My best friend Brittani Evans son Tareek Jackson 12 yrs old had a stroke with no signs of anything! He was air lifted from Bloomington, Illinois to The Children's Hospital in Peoria, Illinois to have emergency surgery to remove a blood clot on his brain! The surgery went well, but he has a long road ahead of him. He will have to learn to walk again. He was there for 2 weeks & today (4-29-2015) he's was moved to Chicago for 4-6 weeks for rehabilitation! His mom will be traveling back & forth from Bloomington to Chicago every week for the next 4-6 weeks! Tareek will need lots of different things to make his home coming suitable for him.
