I've been between jobs and driving for Uber to make ends meet. 2AM May 4, 2017 I parked to pick up a passenger on East Hedding Street in San Jose, California. My hazard lights were blinking, and I was conspicuous.

A drunk (and possibly high) driver T-boned my parked car, destroying the frame and breaking the axle. I was taken to ER but not before I video recorded the other driver admitting to being drunk (see below).

I had no concussion nor broken bones, but I lost my income. And there's no telling what long term health problems might develop. I lost my wheels. And my credit score is about to tank as the insurance companies will take weeks if not months to process this, and I have lots of student loans. Did I mention the other driver fled the scene on foot? And drug paraphernalia (a crack pipe) was found in his car.

So I'm the victim of a DUI and hit and run, and I need help while this is being sorted out. The sooner the better. I'm without income and transportation.
