Our nephew, Blake Lehmkuhl was involved in a horrible boating accident on November 7th. He was life flighted to Columbia, MO where he was placed in the neurosurgical ICU. He has suffered major head trauma (bi-frontal brain bleed), has a fracture in his left temporal bone and is on heavy sedation while they monitor and try to control his brain pressures. He is in very critical condition at this time. As most of you are aware, our sister, Annie is a teacher. We have started this page to help take some of the financial burden off of her so that her main focus can be on Blake at this time. He will have a very long road to recovery and the last thing that we want is for her to be stressed about funding her everyday living expenses since we just don't know how long she will be out of work.  She has short term disability that she can use, but unfortunately, it just won't be enough. Many have contacted us asking how they can help, so we thought we would open this account for her. We appreciate the outpouring of love, support, and prayers from each and every one of you. It has definitely gotten us through this rough time so far.
