Aid For My Brother After His Accident

As some may know, my little brother Gus got into a horrible, freak, firework accident on July 3 while visiting our family in Nebraska. He sustained major blast injuries to his hand, loosing fingers and having to have extensive reconstruction surgery. This involved him getting flown by air ambulance back to Denver so that he could be taken care of closer to home. The team of surgeons, doctors, and nurses did an amazing job at saving what they could and taking the upmost care of not only Gus, but our family the whole time.
As he is home now and we try to navigate the next steps of more surgeries and trauma therapy, we can’t express enough gratitude to all of our family and friends for the support we have received. We are beyond thankful for the positive steps he has already made, and we thank God every day for helping Gus heal.
Every donation will help with the hospital stays, the flight, and future recoveries. In addition, if you know my little brother you know how selfless he is. He asked for 35% of whatever donations we receive to go back to charity. This includes Denver Health, specifically the Child Life Program, as well as a program called Bags of Fun that helps provide a backpack full of toys and activities for kids in care.
We are thankful for each and every one of y'all.
Much love from the Millers. <3
