UPDATE: Thank you for everyone who has donated so far. We greatly appreciate it and pray that the Lord will continue to shine His face upon all of you. Shalom
Hello, my name is Margaret Majaro and on 21st August 2023, my brother, Tayo Akintola, tragically passed away after being found unconscious by his wife in the early morning.
He always put his family first and treated everyone who came in contact with him with so much love and kindness. Last year, he had dreams of coming to the UK to complete a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting. He successfully gained admission to Teesside University, Middlesborough, Newcastle and the next step was to get a visa and start a life in the UK. After many attempts, he was finally allowed into the country to start his dreams of becoming a Chartered Accountant.
Whenever we called him to ask how he was settling in the country, he never complained and had a smile. His wife joined him recently to start up a future for their children who were still in Nigeria.
When Tayo Akintola was found, he was rushed to the hospital and shortly after, the doctors declared him brain dead. After long consideration, his life machine was switched off and he was surrounded by his wife, family and friends. He unfortunately passed away 3 days before his mother's birthday and 200 days before graduating from Teesside University.
Tayo Akintola was a caring father, loving brother and a beloved uncle.
We appreciate you taking the time to read this and hope you contribute generously to raise money for his funeral cost and tickets to fly his 3 boys to the UK to say goodbye to their dad for the final time.
God bless you
