Taylor's Stolen Car Repair Fund

Hi Everyone
For those who may not know me, my name is Taylor Simpson. I’m currently training to be a doula while nannying for two wonderful families full time. I’m also a Project Manager for a startup organization you may know, Connected Camping. I just turned 29 this August and recently life has (I’m sure for many of us) been hard and undoubtedly unpredictable.
Early last year I had a seizure and could not work for a long stint of time. Although I’m currently healthy with no serious concerns, hospital bills set me back a lot. Needless to say, I exhausted all of my savings and have been left playing catch up.
Now, let’s fast forward to this month and the reason I’m humbly asking for your assistance to raise funds.
In the midst of this ridiculous Kia/Hyundai Theft trend - my car was stolen right out of my driveway in Atlanta (on July 27th). The car was recovered with shattered windows, roof top damage, steering column damage and a host of other things. Although the insurance covered a lot, I am still left with an out of pocket balance of $2,000. The repair work has been completed; however, the auto body shop is charging me a daily fee to keep my car there until I can pay the $2,000 dollars. Lastly, the insurance provided car rental has officially ended my rental period since the repairs on the car are complete, leaving me without steady transportation. I am at my wits end.
I know life has been a roller coaster for a lot of us, so I’m BEYOND grateful for anything you’re able to give.
Everything raised is going directly towards obtaining the car as quickly as possible (covering the balance due and the daily auto body shop fee to hold the car on their lot).
Thank you and much love to all who are reading now!
