Hi everyone! My name is Taylor, and I’m so excited to share that I’ve been accepted into the nursing program at Loma Linda University, a school known for its excellence in healthcare education and its strong foundation in faith and service. Becoming a nurse has been alifelong dream of mine — one that grew even deeper and more personal through the time I spent caring for my GG.
Helping take care of my GG showed me the beauty of being present for someone during their most vulnerable moments. That experience opened my eyes and heart to the impact that compassionate care can truly have. It was in those moments that I realized this wasn’t just something I was doing out of love, but something I was meant to do.
Now, my long-term goal is to become a nurse practitioner and one day open my own practice, where I can serve my community with personalized, faith-informed care — offering others the same dignity and compassion I gave to my GG.
However, I am currently facing a financial challenge. The cost of tuition and housing is approximately $65,000 per year of the 2 1/2 year program.
That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your support. Whether you’re able to donate, share this campaign, or lift me up in prayer, I’m truly grateful for every act of kindness. Your support will go directly toward tuition, housing, and school-related expenses — helping me walk through this open door and pursue the calling God has placed on my life.
Thank you for reading my story, for believing in me, and for being part of this journey with me.
With love and gratitude, Taylor
