Hi, this is Sarah St. John and I'm fundraising for my best friend Taylor Dillingham. Taylor is only 29 and is the funniest and most positive person I've ever come to know. She is active and healthy, and this came out of left field as she doesn't even have any genetic history of breast cancer in her family.

When she first noticed symptoms, her doctor encouraged her to get testing and only a few weeks later, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. They've started her off with an aggressive form of chemo, as the cancer has spread to 4 lymph nodes rapidly. She'll be undergoing 5 months of chemo, a double mastectomy, and then 2 months of radiation for the mass in her neck.

This fundraiser is for her extensive medical bills and any expenses she'll be incurring during her treatment for the remainder of the year. She is such an amazing friend and light to everyone around her, and even after starting her treatment, she continues to keep a big smile on her face and goes out of her way to crack jokes with the medical staff and her family and friends around her. She has the biggest heart and has always put others before herself, so my hope is that with this we can only begin to give back to someone who's always given so much.
